Artist in Residence Program

. 1 month (with possible 2 week extension if artist chooses to be a participant in the annual Friends Print Collection and annual Members Show)

. Studio access can be performed during any month of the year

. Applicants are limited to one residency space per calendar year

. No Deadline.

Submission requirements:

1.    One page artist bio/CV and letter of intent

2.    5-10 good quality images of artwork, or if applying in person a portfolio of 5-10 original works can be submitted

3.    One reference to verify the applicant’s competency to work in the print studio unsupervised

4.    Transportation to Kamloops and accommodation during the month are the responsibility of the applicant

5.    The applicant must provide their own inks and materials. Some shared studio equipment is available. Inquire by email.

6.    Upon completion of the residency, the Resident will donate an artwork for the Kamloops Printmakers Society Archive

7.    Optional participation in Annual Friends Print Collection and Annual Members Show during the year the Residency is completed
