I grew up in Quesnel, leaving in 1985 for Vancouver where I lived for the next 26 years. During that time I studied Fine Art at Langara College and Emily Carr University, receiving my BFA in 1995. I printed and taught at both Malaspina Printmakers Society and Dundarave Print Shop in Vancouver. I have maintained a home studio since moving to Kamloops in 2012, and I now look forward to working in the Kamloops Print Studio, which I joined just prior to the pandemic restrictions.

I am inspired by all forms of artmaking. I am inspired by nature. I am inspired by colour, texture and line. I am inspired by craft and made-by-hand work. Printmaking is my most beloved medium.
